I cannot view the PDF file?
1. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer. For optimal results, it is recommended to display PDF files in Acrobat Reader itself. How to proceed: #1 Open Acrobat Reader, #2 Edit then Preferences, #3 Internet (Options), #4 Uncheck at top “Display PDF in browser).
